About BBB's Rating
What is important about BBB's rating, is it is only their opinion, based on Company Performance, and is not a guarantee that the company will always perform up (or down in the gutter!) to its' rating.Of course if it is not on the radar, it will be NR, and of course users esperience will vary.
But an "F" rating would be potentially more troublesome than an "AAA" rating.
