Brownell's is a well-known Supply House of parts and products marketed to gunsmiths

However, many gunsmiths, not a knock on Brownells, don't realize according to Teddy Jacobson and Doc Lisenby (Long Distance shooter), when he was doing gunsmithing (maybe due to time constraints) to look further than just Brownell's company catalog items that are no more the best in the World than any other small catalog company. (Or Big: Sears is no longer in the catalog business.)

Nothing bad concerning Brownell's catalog: but they are now besides a print catalog, online, too, and a time saver catalog one-stop=shopping for gunsmiths (and do-it-yourselfers) - many not even knowing about the couple of machinists supply catalog books like ... Call it a convenience catalog with pictures.
